At BizCollab, our mission is to facilitate high-quality, professional connections. We understand that in a B2B Hub, data accuracy is the foundation of trust. This policy outlines when and how we provide refunds or account credits for "Lead Unlocks."
- The BizCollab Guarantee
We strive to ensure that every Hurdle posted on our platform represents a genuine business need from a legitimate Australian entity. Because you are paying for access to information (digital data), all sales are generally considered final. However, we provide recourse in specific instances where the data provided does not meet our quality standards.
- Eligibility for Account Credit
We provide a 100% "Lead Credit" (allowing you to unlock an alternative lead at no extra cost) under the following circumstances: • Invalid Contact Data: The phone number is disconnected or the email address bounces immediately upon the first attempt. • Fraudulent Hurdle: The business listed explicitly denies posting the Hurdle or has no knowledge of the submission. • Duplicate Lead: You have previously unlocked the exact same Hurdle through BizCollab within the last 30 days.
- Non-Refundable Scenarios
As we are a lead generation facilitator and not a party to the eventual contract, credits or refunds cannot be issued for: • Change of Mind: You decided not to pursue the Hurdle after unlocking the details. • Lack of Response: The business does not reply to your pitch or decides not to move forward with your services. • Project Competition: The business chooses another specialist or decides to solve the Hurdle internally. • Incorrect Skill Match: You unlocked a Hurdle that requires skills or certifications outside of your current offering.
- How to Lodge a Dispute
To maintain the freshness of our data, all disputes must be lodged within 48 hours of the Lead Unlock.

Click "Report Lead Issue."

Provide a brief description of the problem (e.g., "Email bounced" or "Wrong person").

Our team will verify the claim within 1-2 business days. If verified, a credit will be applied to your account immediately.

Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled: • To cancel your service contract with us; and • To a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time.
