Why do I need an ABN to join?

BizCollab is a professional B2B Hub. Requiring an Australian Business Number (ABN) ensures that every "Hurdle" and every "Solution" comes from a legitimate, registered Australian entity. This eliminates spam and creates a high-trust environment for everyone involved.

Is BizCollab an AI agency?

No. We are a facilitator. We provide the platform where Industry Leaders and AI Specialists can find one another. We do not provide the AI services ourselves, and we do not take a commission on the projects you sign.

Is it really free to post a challenge? Yes. It is 100% free for businesses to post their operational challenges. Our goal is to make it as easy as possible for you to find the right technical partner without any upfront cost.

Who can see my contact details?

Your contact details are hidden by default. They are only revealed to an AI Specialist when they choose to "Unlock" your lead. We only allow verified, ABN-checked specialists to access this information.

Why is there a $55 "Unlock Fee"?

This fee ensures that our leads are high-intent. By moving away from a monthly subscription, we allow you to pay only for the projects that perfectly match your skill set. This fee covers the cost of our ABN verification process and platform maintenance. What if the lead is invalid or doesn't respond? We stand by the quality of our data. If you unlock a lead and find the contact details are incorrect, or if the business is non-responsive within 48 hours, you can lodge a dispute through your dashboard for a full credit back to your account.

How do you protect my data?

We follow the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We never sell your personal or business data to third-party marketing firms; it is used strictly for the purpose of facilitating your business connections on BizCollab. Will I get spammed after signing up? No. Because we charge a fee to unlock contact details, only serious specialists will reach out to you. This prevents the "flood of emails" typical of global freelance platforms.
